Sequani provides a variety of non-clinical services for the pharmaceutical, crop protection and chemical industries. We operate in the United Kingdom, with a registered office at Bromyard Road, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 1LH.

When you interact with Sequani

If you get in touch with us, for example via the contact form on our website, or apply for vacancies, or through other Sequani platforms, we will use your personal data in order to reply to and answer your questions and requests.

For this purpose, we process your contact information, sales information, conference, or tradeshow related information, and in some cases, your payment information, and other personal data that you shared in your correspondence with us or are necessary to answer your question.  The personal information collected for recruitment processes is used solely for the purpose of evaluating your suitability for a role.

Sequani retains your personal data only for as long as strictly necessary for the purposes previously mentioned or to satisfy legal requirements. We have set retention periods for personal data in line with our internal data retention policy.

In some cases, laws and regulations that apply to our business may require us to retain personal data in line with legal retention periods.

We have taken commercially reasonable steps to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data. If you wish to view, delete or amend any of the information we hold on you, this can be done by contacting us through the web site, or by writing to us at the address provided. We will not charge for amending or deleting personal information but may charge for viewing information held on you as specified in the Data Protection Act (1998).

You have the right to have your information removed from the Sequani website and systems at any time. If you wish to have your details removed, then we would ask you to contact the Data Administrator. We will then process your request.

If you feel that Sequani is not abiding by its privacy notice, we ask that you contact us so we can resolve any issues.  You may also contact the Information Commissioner's Office via www.ico.org.uk.
