We do this by getting involved in our local community giving careers in science talks, CV and mock interview training as well as attending careers fairs. We have a number of STEM ambassadors in our team which means we actively engage with local schools and colleges to support the science curriculum. Our employees are encouraged to get involved by giving talks about what we do and showing students around our site.

By doing this we hope students can gain valuable insight into the world of work, what a career in science is like and gives them the motivation to continue with their studies to achieve their chosen career.
